The doctors at Lewisburg Animal Hospital provide reproductive services for our small animal patients. This includes cesarean sections as well as timed breeding utilizing vaginal cytology and progesterone monitoring. We provide vaginal artificial insemination of fresh or fresh chilled semen. In addition, we also provide surgical artificial insemination using fresh or fresh chilled semen. We also offer breeding soundness exams of males to determine if semen quality is adequate to attain pregnancy. Brucellosis testing of both males and females is available before breeding. We can also offer guidance on the nutritional and health needs of neonates.
